Accounts
Paid checkout is available without a PTB account. The purchase email receives a secure, expiring library link for downloads, licenses, invoices, and updates. You may optionally add a password after purchase or create an account before buying. Certain free claims can require an account. You are responsible for using an email address you control and for keeping links and login details secure.
Digital products
Plugins, apps, sample packs, and other digital goods are delivered through a secure personal library after checkout or a free claim. Delivery can be a private signed download or an external app-distribution link such as TestFlight. Paid access stays tied to the purchase email and, if created, its PTB account.
License
A paid or claimed product includes a personal license key in the secure library. Unless a product page says otherwise, the license is for one person / one studio seat, including commercial music use. You may not resell, share, rent, or publicly redistribute the installer, samples, or license key.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR. Stripe processes payment and any applicable taxes shown during checkout. We do not store card numbers. Stripe invoices or receipts appear in the secure library when Stripe creates them.
Withdrawal / Widerruf
EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once you explicitly agree to immediate delivery. The shop asks for this consent before paid checkout. Details: /widerruf.
Updates and availability
Free products and versions can change. Paid purchases keep download access to the bought product family, including later updates we publish for that product, unless the product page states a different policy.

If a download, license, or release link does not work, first request a fresh link at /access. You can also write to info@phil-thebeat.com with the product name and purchase email.
